New Delhi: Private sector lender ICICI Bank has announced that effective August 1, 2021, the bank will revise fees at several facilities such as cash transactions, ATMs and check books.

Here is a detailed list of the revised fees for cash transactions, ATMs and check books that ICICI Bank customers will be required to pay starting August 1.

Cash transaction fees (cumulative of deposit and withdrawal) for regular savings / salary accounts and variants

1) Existing fees: Number limit (Total sum of deposits and withdrawals) 4 free cash transactions, per month Fee above free limits: Rs 150, per transaction

Revised fees: Number limit (Total sum of deposits and withdrawals) 4 free cash transactions, per month. Fees above free limits: Rs 150, per transaction

2) Existing fees: Value Limit (Total Sum of Deposits and Withdrawals) The value limit includes both domiciled and non-domiciled branch transactions

a) Home Branch (Branch where the account is opened or carried) Rs 2 lakh. Free per month, per account. Above Rs 2 lakh – Rs 5 per Rs 1,000, subject to a minimum of Rs 150

b) Out-of-home branch – No charge for cash transactions up to Rs 25,000, per day Above Rs 25,000 – Rs 5 per Rs 1,000

Revised fees: Value Limit (Total Sum of Deposits and Withdrawals) Value Limit includes both home and non-home branch transactions

a) Home branch (branch where the account is opened or carried) Rs 1 lakh. Free per month, per account. Above Rs 1 lakh – Rs 5 per Rs 1,000, subject to a minimum of Rs 150

b) Out-of-home branch – No charge for cash transactions up to Rs 25,000, per day above Rs 25,000 – Rs 5 for Rs 1,000, subject to a minimum of Rs 150.

3) Existing fees: Third Party Cash Transaction (total sum of deposits and withdrawals) – Up to a limit of Rs 25,000, per day – Rs 150, per transaction. Above Rs 25,000 is not allowed. For Senior Citizen customers, Young Star / Smart Star accounts, while the limit of Rs 25,000 per day will apply, the accounts will not be billed.

Revised fees: Third Party Cash Transaction (Total sum of deposits and withdrawals) – Up to a limit of Rs 25,000 per day – Rs 150, per transaction. Above Rs 25,000 is not allowed.

For Senior Citizen customers, Young Star / Smart Star accounts, while the limit of Rs 25,000 per day will apply, the accounts will not be charged.

ATM exchange (non-ICICI ATM transactions)

Existing fees: None

Revised fees: First 3 transactions (including financial and non-financial) at 6 metro stations (Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Hyderabad) in one month – Free. First 5 transactions (including financial and non-financial) in all other locations, in one month – Free.

Maximum of 5 free transactions per month, with a ceiling of 3 free transactions in 6 metropolitan stations. Thereafter, Rs 20 per financial transaction and Rs 8.50, per non-financial transaction.

Revision of the limit for free checks payable at par:

Existing fees: None for 20 leaves by check payable at par per year; Rs 20 for each additional 10 sheet checkbook.

Revised fees: None for 25 holidays by check payable at par per year; Rs 20 for each additional 10 sheet checkbook.
