“Blocking and reissuing your debit card just got easier. Simply dial our toll-free numbers from your registered mobile phone number, block the card and request a reissue. According to SBI, customers who have lost their ATM or SBI debit card can request the reissue through the official website and mobile app, in addition to calling the 1-800-425-3800 helpline. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website sbicard.com
  2. Click on the ‘Request’ button
  3. Then you must click on “Reissue / Replace card”
  4. Select the card number
  5. Click on the “Send” button

Follow the steps for reissuing the SBI debit card:

  1. Log in to the sbicard mobile app
  2. Press the “Menu” tab at the top left
  3. Press “Service request”
  4. Press “Reissue / Replace card”
  5. Select the card number
  6. Press “Send”
