In a tweet, SBI said, “We ask our valued customers to join us as we upgrade our internet banking platform to provide a better online banking experience.”

Along with the tweet, SBI posted the following announcement: “We are upgrading our online banking platform for a better experience. During this upgrade activity, INB, YONO, YONO lite may experience intermittent issues November 8, 2020. We regret the inconvenience and ask for your patience with us.”

SBI is the largest commercial bank in terms of assets, deposits, branches, customers and employees.
