Tyson Fury responds to Usyk win over Joshua: ‘Get out your checkbook’

Tyson Fury has told Oleksandr Usyk to pull out his checkbook if he wants an undisputed matchup.

Usyk retained the WBA Super, IBO, IBF and WBO world heavyweight titles at the Jeddah Superdome in Saudi Arabia.

The Ukrainian beat Anthony Joshua in a split decision as the pair fought in a rematch after ‘AJ’ was dethroned 11 months ago in London.

But fresh off the second win over Joshua, who came by margins of 116-112, 115-113 and 113-115, Usyk, who is now 20-0 with 13 quick, called ‘The Gypsy King’ for a confrontation for all. the belts.

And Fury, the UK champion who said last week he was quitting the sport and recently relinquished the Ring Magazine belt that Usyk won with his comeback win over Joshua, was quick to respond to the 35-year-old.

In a video he posted on social media, Fury said:

“I’ll be honest, guys, after watching this, they were both s****.

“It was one of the worst heavyweight title fights I’ve ever seen; they were *** bulls.

Fury was last seen at Wembley Stadium in April when he stopped number one contender Dillian Whyte in six rounds to retain his title.

A fight between Fury and Usyk could net both men up to £100million each and would likely come down to the Middle East. Sports Minister HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Saud has already confirmed Saudi Arabia’s interest in hosting this historic fight.

Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) added:

“I would wipe them both out on the same night… holy shit. Pull out your fucking checkbook because the Gypsy King is here to stay forever.
